A lymphatic and soothing warm oil massage designed to loosen and drain impurities from the body. This therapy addresses the physical levels of stress as well as the emotional holding we carry. With tri-doshic synchronized movements, the subtle energy that creates blocks in our prana are shifted. 

This treatment is 3.5-4 hours long and includes Abhyanga (Ayuvedic Massage), Shirodhara, and Svedna therapies. This is truly a comprehensive Ayurvedic Spa Experience.

Ideal for the treatment of PTSD, generalized anxiety, depressive disorders, and for treatment of acute stress. 

A 75 minute session overview of your birth chart. This consult goes into the deeper meaning behind the archetypes of individuals while providing clarity on what your unique soul purpose is.  

This session can also be tailored to couples and families.

In Ayurveda it is so important that Mom get nourishment after her life transition into motherhood. The body takes time to heal as its been through an incredible amount of giving and depletion after birth. Add Breastfeeding to this and you take into account that all the best nutrients are being given to baby. This service offers gentle foods and care for the mothers so that they have the space to give once again.  Includes onsite care, cooking, cleaning, bodywork. Booked in 2 hour blocks.
